  Very disappointed in the service and the quality of the items. Boxes arrived damaged with pieces missing. Was told to take it back to Sears. When I arrived I was told it wasn’t a Sears product and sold by 3rd party company. And that I needed to contact them for return label. And then drop it off to UPS myself. This totally defeats the purpose of ordering online and having it delivered to my home.
